The Eagle's Tale

Braden Lefevre

Braden Lefevre, Associate Editor

Hey there! I’m Braden Lefevre, and I am a senior at Canyon High. This is my third and final year to serve as a member of The Eagle’s Tale Staff, and I am elated and honored to serve as an associate editor of this stellar publication. I am also the senior drum major of the Soaring Pride Band, and I am a two-year Texas All-State saxophonist. I enjoy reading and writing, playing and listening to music, karate (I earned my black belt during freshman year) and most of all, spending time with my friends and family. Thank you for reading The Eagle’s Tale, and I look forward to writing the stories of a wonderful year for your enjoyment.

“Got Donuts?” appears, by all accounts, to be a quality establishment with delectable food, friendly service and sanitary conditions. I started my experience in this establishment by viewing a variety of assorted sweets within a clearly clean display counter. I placed my order of an apple-cinnamon bear claw and six donut holes and was impressed to see my sugary treat microwaved before being served to me. Seating could have been better, but there appeared to be just enough room for everyone to sit comfortably. The donut holes were substantial and deliciously glazed. The bear claw was also delicious due to the contents of apple and cinamon within it. I peeked into the restrooms and kitchen and was delighted to find that both were clean. “Got Donuts” left me thoroughly impressed and I look forward to my next visit.
