Hello everybody! I’m a senior, and this will be my third and final year on staff. I will be one of the three editors-in-chief this year on The Eagle’s Tale. Most of my work this year will be in news and sports. When I’m not at school or work, I love spending time with friends and family, reading and traveling. I’m so excited to be a part of this awesome staff and have an amazing year!

With a wide selection of flavors and a very nicely done set up, “Got Donuts?” impressed me from the beginning. Ordering one creme filled donut and a small kolache, I sat down to find one complaint. Seating. While the place is kind and inviting, they only have enough seats to entertain around 20 guests. However, the food was everything and more. The donuts are rich to a point where just one or two could fill me up. In addition, their kolaches were were something from the heavens. The food itself makes up for any lack of seating, and the service and decor prove that “Got Donuts?” could be a favorite of Canyon residents.

The school will run fire, lockdown, lockout and tornado drills on Friday, Aug. 25.
