Journalism students win 33 awards at ILPC
CHS journalism students won 33 individual award at ILPC in Austin on April 26.
The Canyon High journalism team won 33 Individual Achievement Awards at the UIL Interscholastic League Press Conference April 26 in Division 1 of 4A. The students won these awards for their photos, stories, headlines, captions and graphics published in the print and online versions of The Eagle’s Tale newspaper and the 2012-2013 edition of the Soaring Wings yearbook.
