Eagle Idol competition, long lunch March 13

Students can pay $5 to their second period teacher to attend the Eagle Idol competition and have a long lunch.

Students can pay their second period teachers $2 to attend the annual Eagle Idol competition and $3 for an hour and a half-long lunch Friday, March 13.

The school will be on assembly schedule, and pledges and announcements will take place at 9:50 a.m. followed by student dismissal by grade to the auditorium. Students who pay their second period teachers will receive a ticket for each fundraiser. Students can also pay to attend the competition at the auditorium doors. Non-participating students will sit in the lower commons during the performances. The proceeds from both fundraisers will go to the Education Foundation.

Students attending the long lunch will return to sixth period at 1:20 p.m. and will not attend fourth or fifth period. Freshmen and sophomores are required to have the signed parent permission form emailed to them to be able to leave campus. Underclassman without the signed form are allowed to partake in the long lunch, but must stay in the commons.
