Hello! My name is Nicole Butcher. I am a senior, and this is my first year on staff. I'm really excited to be here and have the opportunity to work with the awesome people on our staff. Outside of The Eagle's Tale, I am involved with drama, art and (probably too many) dual credit classes. When I'm not in the journalism room, it's fair to say you'll find me either in art, theater or somewhere else with my nose buried firmly in my sketchbook. Outside of school, I enjoy photography, especially portraits and rustic architecture, true crime podcasts and mystery novels. I also heavily enjoy ink illustration and traditional animation, the latter of which I am planning on studying in college. I am really excited to channel my creative energy into this newspaper, so thank you for supporting us and happy reading!
