The Canyon High journalism team won 33 Individual Achievement Awards at the UIL Interscholastic League Press Conference April 26 in Division 1 of 4A. The students won these awards for their photos, stories, headlines, captions and graphics published in the print and online versions of The Eagle’s Tale newspaper and the 2012-2013 edition of the Soaring Wings yearbook.
