Maxwell’s Magical Christmas will be open on select dates through Dec. 30. The attraction includes activities such as pictures with Santa, a lighted hayride trail, apple cannons and farm animals. Tickets are available at maxwellspumpkinfarm.com. One-time tickets are $15.95 online and $20.95 at the gate, and season passes are $37.95 online and $42.95 at the gate. The farm opens at 5:30 and closes at 9:30.

The farm features a gift shop as well as a playground and fire pits where visitors can roast marshmallows and make s’mores. During the holiday season Maxwell’s is decorated with a variety of lights and a string light tree with changing patterns and designs, including the Maxwell’s Magical Christmas logo. This will be the second year Maxwell’s has remained open at Christmas time.

“I enjoy Corner Munchies,” sophomore Duncan Culbert said. “At Christmas, they serve hot cider, hot chocolate and coffee. Seeing little kids get excited for Santa, that’s always nice. It’s a good place to hang out and have fun.”
