The varsity boys cross country team won the OSU cross country Jamboree Saturday, Sept. 28 in Stillwater, Oklahoma. After two hours of rain delays, the boys were allowed to race.

“The fact that we experienced a new race atmosphere prepared us for region,” sophomore Treet Allison said. “Who knows, we might have the same environment at region, and we’ll be ready for it.”

While the varsity was running in Stillwater, the JV boys ran in Tascosa’s Rebel Run.

“We saw most of our district competition and how we stand,” senior Nick Davidson said. “It looks like we will do really well in district this year.”
