Girls dominate Dumas in second district game

The varsity Lady Eagles defeated the Dumas Demonettes last night in their second district win 65-22.

“I think we did really well against Dumas,” senior Kylee Murgel said. “We played as a team and I feel like everybody contributed.”

The Lady Eagles will play Caprock this Friday night at 6 p.m. at the CHS gym.

“There can’t be any turnovers against Caprock and we just have to play how coach knows we can,” Murgel said.

My name is Cortlyn Dees and this year I am Co-Editor-In-Chief of The Eagle’s Tale, alongside Kori Adair. I am a senior, and this is my second year as a varsity cheerleader.
