Senior Keegan Fenton said she owns seven Christmas sweaters.

“Sometimes I wear them in the summer just to throw it out there,” Fenton said. “I like to wear them after Thanksgiving because that’s when some people consider it ‘the appropriate time to wear Christmas sweaters.’ And pretty much all the week before Christmas of school, I wear one every day.”

Fenton said Christmas is a time of joy.

“I love Christmas so much because it is a time when you get to celebrate something that is special to many Christians and you get to spend time with family you don’t always get to see,” Fenton said. “For me, it is a time for realization of what’s going on around me and how important some things really are.”
