Dual Credit Apply Day will be held Wednesday, March 31 for students signed up for a 2021 fall semester dual credit class for the first time. For students absent Wednesday, a make up session will be held Thursday, April 15. “Mr. Gropp and I do this every year for students who have signed up for dual credit for the first time,” counselor Christ Fant said. “Topics will include testing requirements, registering for classes, how and when to pay, and college textbooks.”

Students signed up for a 2021 fall semester dual credit class for the first time are required to attend a Dual Credit Apply Day on Wednesday, March 31 during first period.

Students will report to portable 1702 to receive information about dual credit classes and help filling out the required application to Amarillo College.

“Dual Credit Apply day is to give students information about how dual credits works, what the process is and to help them apply to Amarillo College,” counselor Chris Fant said. “Students will meet in the computer lab and will be shown a presentation and have an opportunity to ask questions and then will fill out their application to Amarillo College.  Topics will include testing requirements, registering for classes, how and when to pay, and college textbooks.”

If a student is not able to make it Wednesday, a make up class will be held Thursday, April 15 during homeroom in the same portable. For additional questions, contact Chris Fant at [email protected] or 806-677-2758.
