The football coaching staff requests that freshman and junior varsity football game fans at the Canyon High School football field park between the gym and the main academic building.

The new home bleachers located on the north side of the field are now available for use.

“Parking in this location will provide the shortest walk to the ticket-booth and the new home bleachers as well as the visitor side of the stadium,” John Doan, head baseball coach and assistant football coach said. “The lower southwest gate will no longer be an entrance to the stadium.”

Salutations, I am Jaren Tankersley. I am a senior, and I am very excited to spend my third and final year on the Eagle’s Tale staff as Co-Editor-in-Chief. I am vice president of the class of 2018, vice president of our NHS chapter and vice president of the Drama Club. I participate in the all-school musical, UIL One Act Play and UIL Journalism and Ready Writing. In my free time, I enjoy reading and writing for entertainment, over-analyzing film and pretending I’m still any good at archery.

Hey y’all! My name is Allison, and I’m the Co-Editor-In-Chief of the Eagle’s Tale. This is my final year on staff, as I am a senior. Along with the wonderful world of journalism, I am involved in all things theater. From musical to One-Act, I spend most of my time in the theater with my incredible theater family. In the spring, I compete in UIL journalism. In my very limited free time, I’m with my friends, napping, watching musicals or in a coffee shop doing homework. Although I lack the talent, I will most likely sing at any time and anywhere. Next fall, I plan to attend the University of Texas in Austin and majoring in public relations. I’m looking forward to a fantastic senior year and an even better year for the newspaper!
