“This is my first year at Canyon,” freshman Trey Bass said. “I transferred to Canyon from Randall mainly because my mom works here. One thing I love about being here is the people. They have all been so welcoming and nice with very little bullying from what I have seen. The band has also been a lot more welcoming and fun here with a lot more to do. We made it to state and it was exhilarating rather it be the bus ride or hearing them announce our school for finals, it has all been a bunch of fun. “
