Intercom, Dominick need fans
Following confusion caused by the spotty intercom system on both organizational picture day and the lockdown this week, some students blame student council members and the “Dominick the Donkey” incentive for the malfunction.
Contrary to popular belief, playing “Dominick the Donkey” did not cause the system to break. The malfunction is due to a broken fan, which caused multiple parts of the board to overheat and burn out. Principal Tim Gilliland said the parts needed to fix the system are being freighted to Canyon.
“On behalf of the administration, we love ‘Dominick the Donkey,’” Gilliland said. “We are looking forward to more Dominick in the future.”
