The Lady Eagles varsity soccer team will host a free bubble soccer game during Senior Night at their game against Caprock 5 p.m. March 7 on the CHS turf field.

Free raffle tickets will be handed out at the entrance between 4:50-5:05 p.m. The drawing will be held 10 minutes before half time. Six tickets will be drawn to play a three-on-three bubble soccer match during half-time of the game. Players must be at least 5 feet tall and must arrive in time to receive a raffle ticket. Free pizza will be served to CHS students during the second half of the game.

“We want to get more fans out there,” varsity midfielder Carly Behrens said. “We were going to play bubble soccer early on with $20 per person, but now it’s free.”

This will be the teams’ third time to play Caprock.

“We’ve worked hard this week trying to figure things out so we can play,” Behrens said. “We started off strong and kind of hit a slump, but we have worked hard at coming back and hopefully it’s going to be better.”
