Seniors Blake Loria and Neely Wood film a discussion about the iConnect program while at the Canyon ISD District Support Center Friday, Jan. 15. The video will be published on Google’s YouTube channel featuring the district’s partnership with the tech company. “We talked about what we do in iConnect and how that can help us in the future,” Wood said. “Some days, you could be troubleshooting; maybe you could be researching how to fix the problem. Other days consist of fixing screens and replacing batteries.” Wood said Google offers iConnect students unique ways to develop and learn. “When a teacher needs help with how to operate the Google system, we were able to help them. I have also learned how to better operate Google software like Google Classroom, Google Docs, Google Sheets. So, the video was really like a day in the life at iConnect.”
