Final yearbook order deadline approaches
Students must order their yearbooks by the final deadline of Wednesday, Feb. 28.
Students can purchase their books online at jostensyearbook.com. Yearbooks currently cost $82, but prices will increase Saturday, Feb. 24.
“To get the best price, students must order their yearbooks by Friday, Feb. 23.,” yearbook adviser Laura Smith said. “After that date, the price goes up to $90.”
Smith said the cost of yearbooks prohibits the staff from keeping extra books on hand, so only very limited extra copies are available after the order deadline passes.
“Each year students are disappointed when the books come in and they realize they forgot to order their books,” Smith said. “Once we run out, we run out.”
Yearbooks will be distributed in early May to students who bought their books online.
“The staff begins working on the yearbook during the summer to produce a product both students and parents will love,” Smith said. “We want every student to have a yearbook. These books capture memories of high school in a way that lasts forever.”
