School store to sell Valentine’s Day items, hosts open house
The Eagle’s Nest began selling roses and carnations this morning in preparation for Valentine’s Day this Friday. The school store will host an open house Thursday and Friday.
Pink, red and white roses and carnations can be ordered individually or by the dozen. Roses cost $4 for a single rose or $40 for one dozen. Carnations are $2 each or $20 for one dozen. The Eagle’s Nest is also selling Valentine mini-stuffed animals for $1.50 and custom Valentine buttons for $3.00.
“We have flowers coming in, and our little Valentine stuffed animals,” senior and general manager Riley Dunbar said. “During our open house on Thursday and Friday, we will be open all day. We’ll have snacks and drinks and all of our Valentine items for Valentine’s Day.”
