The choir is hosting a ‘90s Showcase and Chili Supper from 7:30 p.m. to around 9 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 19 in the CHS commons.
Choir students will perform popular ‘90s hits in six different acts. Games, such as Name That Tune and Creative Lyric Interpretations, will be available for under $5 each. All proceeds will benefit Coach Crenshaw and his family after his diagnosis with prostate, bone and back cancer.
“We are doing this to show the community what these kids have worked on and are doing now,” assistant choir director Kelli Harter said.
Prizes include gift cards to Jump N Jive, Ranch House Café, Rock ‘N Roll Soda Shoppe, vouchers for half hour massages, or a free stay at the Hudspeth Bed and Breakfast.
“We want to have fun and raise money for Crenshaw,” Harter said.
