“Since we can’t go anywhere I’ve just been trying to find things to do,” senior Ally DeLong said. “I really love to do hair and makeup, so I thought it would be fun to try different looks. I tend to go towards more colorful/fun looks. It just kind of depends on my mood. I was just looking on Pinterest and saw all these fun pictures everyone was doing, so I really wanted to try some out for myself. I like to wait until it’s completely dark outside, and I have a ring light that I like to use. I usually put up some kind of backdrop, and my sister uses her camera to take pictures. I’m really close to my sister. She goes to Texas Tech so I don’t get to see her as often, so it’s really nice to have her back and for her to be home during this.”

“Well, it’s impacted me in an unfortunate way because I have not been able to see any of my senior friends. We don’t know if we will have prom or even graduation, so that makes me sad. I’m just trying to stay positive about the entire situation, because I know there’s nothing we can do about it. The whole country is having to deal with this, so I have to remind myself that we aren’t the only ones.”
