“I want to be the first person in my family to go to college,” sophomore Jason Ramos said. “I make sure my grades are good and all my classwork is caught up, and if there’s any extra things I need to do to catch up or keep my grades as high as they can be, then I just do it. It’s a huge achievement for me to be able to go through all 13 years of school and go further with my own success. I want to be an example and show my siblings that it’s possible to go to college and it’s not just something you talk about. I hope they finish school and are able to enjoy whatever they do.”
