Felix Cardenas

“I was born in Regensburg, Germany,” junior Felix Cardenas said. “My dad immigrated from Mexico to America, and from there he joined the military and was deployed in Germany. That’s how he met my mother. We were deployed in the U.S. again and brought back to America. I visit Germany almost every other year, and it’s a really great place. I’d love to live in Germany, but there’s a huge language barrier because I’m not fluent in German anymore. Germany and Mexico both have major impacts on my life and bring a variety of traditions to my family.”
