Bella Haynes

“I started playing violin when I was 3, and then I played piano starting in second grade,” sophomore Bella Haynes said. “A few years after playing piano, in sixth grade, I started to play flute, and I have been singing in my church choir since eighth grade. This year, I found the courage to join choir in school. Music has been something I’ve known all my life, because both of my parents teach it. My dad is a band director at Bushland, and my mom teaches elementary music at City View. Music seems to run in my family. I feel it is one of the most important things in my life.”
