“Be confident in yourself,” freshman Kylee Khan said. “Every time I have an audition for anything, I get nervous and shaky. When I’m older, I really want to be a performer, so I go to get ready to audition how I would when I’m older. I auditioned for musical and UIL choir. I don’t look at people; I look behind everyone and then act like I’m alone. Think of something that calms you down and doesn’t give you the chills. Think of it as you already have the part, so you don’t get nervous about it.”
