Meet the Eagles to welcome students

The annual Meet the Eagles event will be held at the Canyon High football field Wednesday, Aug. 15 from 6:30-7:30 p.m.
The event will feature student athletes who play fall sports as well as senior band members and cheerleaders. Those attending can enjoy ice cream in the bus lane after introductions. Freshman volleyball player Zoey McBroom said she is excited to participate.
“They call out ‘JV volleyball, stand up,'” McBroom said. “They all stand up and people will clap, and they do that for everybody. I want for all of us to be there, all as a team.”
