Soloists, ensemble members to perform selections for public

The band will host its free solo and ensemble concert Monday, Jan. 29 at 6 p.m. in the commons.
The concert will consist of performances from individual band members performing solos and groups performing ensemble pieces in preparation for the upcoming solo and ensemble competition next Saturday, Feb. 3.
“This is a mock performance for the solo and ensemble contest,” senior Braden Lefevre said. “It’s a chance for the soloists and ensembles to perform their musical selection in a performance setting, but is laid back.”
