In order to encourage students to recycle, all classes now have paper recycling boxes provided by the student council energy committee.
The content of the boxes will be collected weekly by student council and Green Team and will be used to make Canyon High a more “green” school. The boxes are only to be used for lightly colored paper and newspapers.
Other ways to save paper include:
If you are making copies, print one copy and check to make sure it prints correctly. Then go back and finish printing what you need. That way if you need to make corrections you’ve only wasted one paper.
If possible, print your papers two-sided. Before you print, go to File-Print-Properties-Duplex-Open to left.
Recycle your unused and unneeded papers.
