Joey Vanlandingham
“I have been swimming on the swim team since fifth grade,” senior Joey Vanlandingham said. “This is my final year and I am looking forward to finishing out by being a better leader and beating my records. We have kids from second grade all the way up to seniors on the team, and I want to set an example for them. Through the years I got to meet new people, travel and better my swimming, but the most important thing I have learned is patience. We spend a lot of time together, and always push each other to our max to reach our goals, knowing it takes work and practice to achieve our dreams.”
