$5 burger meals available after parade
The $5 meal will include a burger, chips and a drink.
The Band Boosters will grill burgers for students and the community Thursday, Sept. 27 after the homecoming parade. The meal, which includes a burger, chips and a drink, will cost $5 and be available at the north entrance of the school. Band Boosters president Cari Neeley said the meal will help raise funds for the band.
“We were asked to do it by Mrs. Boren,” Neeley said. “We are really excited. Hopefully, this will be something we end up doing every year.”
Students, parents and visitors are invited to tailgate in the parking lot or take their meals to the stands to eat before the powderpuff game begins at 7.
